In addition, this program includes tailored one-on-one sessions between coach and client that focuses on leaders’ real-life circumstances, workplace dynamics changes which are occurring at a more rapid pace than ever before. Having the tools to respond to the business’ ever-evolving needs that requires constant work as well as support development and major change initiatives in the organization.

Program Cadence
- Three 60-minute sessions a month via Zoom
- Coaching Feedback Review with Action Planning
- Review of Progress
- Materials and resources to support your transformation
- Email support– on-going and ad-hoc
- Weekly work to maximize your progress between coaching sessions
- Duration 6-12 months; there is a six-month minimum for impactful results.
